Welcome to Center Saturday! I am posting this on Sunday since I had the Blog Swap yesterday!
This week we are learning about the letter Hh, the sight word look, and farm animals.
Math- I bought some animal erasers from Oriental Trading and made a matching graph sheet using them. I place erasers in a small baggie for each student to graph. I also ask my students to color in each animal. I also ask them questions about the graph. Which has the most? Which has the least? Are any animals the same?
Writing- This is a fun and simple handwriting sheet I made {Hh Activity, which is part of this bundle.}
Phonics- Here are my sight word barn words. I put sight words on the animals and the initial letter on the barn. The students have to put each work in the correct barn. It is also a great way to assess sight words.
Reading- this is just a simple worksheet with the word “look” on it.
Unit- We placed animals on each barn according to their number word.
We also matched mommy and baby animals together using these fun puzzles.
Love the way you made your sight word barn game.
