The Best Grouchy Ladybug Activities for Kindergarten and First Grade

Spring is one of my favorite times to bring out Eric Carle’s The Grouchy Ladybug. It is one of those books that instantly pulls young learners in with its bright illustrations, repetitive structure, and the funny, very grouchy little character. Every year, my students love listening to the story and talking about all of the different animals the ladybug meets throughout the day.
