Reading Comprehension Game

The reading comprehension game is a favorite of my students. After reading a story, we play it together in a small group. Try to play by giving a color counting cube to use as a game piece for each student. Next, students take turns playing the game. If they answered the question correctly, I read it to them, and if they rolled a die, they could move that many spaces on the board. If they do not correctly answer the question, they do not get to move.

More so, a teacher can easily keep track of how many questions students get right or wrong by using a class list with a check mark for correct answers and an X for incorrect answers.
